Deroko Casual Fine Dining

The Deroko Casual Fine Dining Restaurant is located at the beach of Gialova near Pylos in Greece, in a hundred-year-old stone building, originally a warehouse to store grapes. The owners found that was the ideal place to implement the concept of bringing natural atmosphere whilst maintaining its rustic elements and keeping it casual, accompanied by the fine dining menu.

The menu is based on local products and Greek cuisine. Inspiration from the previous generations’s cooking art, combined and mixed with flavours from all over the world.

The result is a completely new fine dining experience where you can savour Greece, enriched with multicultural culinary influences.

I was commissioned to capture the space of the restaurant, as well as the extraordinary new menu of 2022, that consists of those interesting combinations of tastes, by the chef Mr. Anastasios Tsantilas.
